Authenticity of customer reviews

It is important to us that you can rely on the ratings in our store. That is why we take two measures to ensure the authenticity of our customer reviews:

1. only verified buyers

Only those who have previously purchased the respective product in our store can submit a rating. We compare each evaluation with the available order data. Reviews from verified buyers are marked with the note “Verified purchase”.

2. manual check before publication

Each incoming review is individually reviewed and manually approved by us before publication. In this way, we ensure that no fake or inadmissible ratings are displayed.

We publish both positive and negative reviews and do not change the content of genuine reviews.
