Product Safety (GPSR)
The safety of our products is our top priority. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (General Product Safety Regulation, “GPSR”), which has been in effect throughout the EU since December 13, 2024, we provide the following information regarding the responsible person, manufacturer details, and safety and warning notices.
Responsible person / Economic operator in the EU
Our festival fans are manufactured outside the European Union and imported into the EU by us. As the importer, we are the responsible person established in the European Union within the meaning of Article 16 of the GPSR:

Product Identification
Each product can be uniquely identified by its model number (which corresponds to the item number/SKU) and a batch number. Both pieces of information can be found on the respective product page, on the product itself, or on its packaging.
Safety and Warning Information
For your own safety and the safety of others, please follow these guidelines for our festival fans:
- Erstickungsgefahr durch Kleinteile: Achtung. Nicht für Kinder unter 3 Jahren geeignet. Das Produkt kann Kleinteile enthalten, die verschluckt werden könnten – Erstickungsgefahr.
- Verletzungsgefahr durch spitze Teile: Vorsicht – die Speichen des Fächers können spitz oder scharfkantig sein. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Das Produkt ist kein Spielzeug und nicht zur Verwendung durch Kinder bestimmt.
- Entflammbarkeit: Von Feuer, Hitze, offener Flamme und Pyrotechnik fernhalten. Das Produkt besteht aus brennbarem Material.
Intended use
Our festival fans are designed as a fashion accessory for fanning and decorative purposes. Any use other than their intended purpose may result in damage or injury.
