Product Safety (GPSR)

The safety of our products is our top priority. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (General Product Safety Regulation, “GPSR”), which has been in effect throughout the EU since December 13, 2024, we provide the following information regarding the responsible person, manufacturer details, and safety and warning notices.

Responsible person / Economic operator in the EU

Our festival fans are manufactured outside the European Union and imported into the EU by us. As the importer, we are the responsible person established in the European Union within the meaning of Article 16 of the GPSR:

Product Identification

Each product can be uniquely identified by its model number (which corresponds to the item number/SKU) and a batch number. Both pieces of information can be found on the respective product page, on the product itself, or on its packaging.

Safety and Warning Information

For your own safety and the safety of others, please follow these guidelines for our festival fans:

  • Choking hazard due to small parts: Warning. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. This product may contain small parts that could be swallowed—choking hazard.
  • Risk of injury from sharp parts: Caution—the ribs of the fan may be pointed or have sharp edges. There is a risk of injury. This product is not a toy and is not intended for use by children.
  • Entflammbarkeit: Keep away from fire, heat, open flames, and pyrotechnics. This product is made of flammable material.

Intended use

Our festival fans are designed as a fashion accessory for fanning and decorative purposes. Any use other than their intended purpose may result in damage or injury.
