Statutory Warranty (Liability for Defects)

All goods purchased in our store are subject to the statutory warranty provisions (§§ 434 et seq. BGB). For consumers, the warranty period for new goods is two years from the date of receipt.

If there is a defect, you are initially entitled to subsequent performance—that is, at your discretion, either the repair of the defect or the delivery of a defect-free item. If the subsequent performance fails, you may rescind the contract, reduce the purchase price, or claim damages.

Notice of Defect

If a product is defective, please contact us at [email protected]. Please describe the defect as precisely as possible and include photos if possible. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Note on production-related variations

Minor variations in color, sheen, glitter distribution, or workmanship compared to the product images may occur with our festival fans. These are due to the materials and manufacturing process, do not constitute a defect, and are not grounds for a complaint.

Warranties

We will only provide a warranty that extends beyond the statutory warranty if this is expressly stated for the specific item. Any such warranty does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
