Shipping Costs & Delivery Times in Germany

  • Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 50,00 €
  • Lieferzeit: in der Regel 2–4 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times in the EU

We ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Austria.

  • Versandkosten: 9,99 € pro Bestellung
  • Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 100,00 €
  • Lieferzeit: in der Regel 5–10 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang

The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order. All prices include sales tax.

Delivery

We ship your order using a shipping carrier we’ve contracted. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email—for insured shipments, this will include a tracking number so you can track your order.

The delivery times listed are approximate and not binding. Should there be any delays, we will notify you immediately.

Payments made by credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The payment methods available in each case will be displayed at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel. You can find all the details in our Widerrufsbelehrung. If you cancel your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
