Shipping & Delivery

We deliver your festival fans quickly and carefully packaged. Within Germany and to select countries in the European Union.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times in Germany

  • Shipping costs: 4,90 € per order
  • Free Shipping for orders of 49,00 € or more
  • Delivery time: usually 2–4 business days after receipt of payment

Express Shipping (Mainland Germany)

If you place your order by 12:00 p.m. on a business day, you have the option to receive it via express shipping:

  • Express delivery by 6 p.m.: Delivery by 6 p.m. on the next business day, 14,90 € per order (for orders of 49,00 € or more: 10,00 €)
  • Express Morning until 12 p.m.: Delivery by 12 p.m. the next business day, 19,90 € per order (for orders of 49,00 € or more: 15,00 €)

German Islands

An island surcharge applies to shipping addresses on German islands: shipping costs of 24,90 € per order, and 20,00 € for orders totaling 49,00 € or more. Express shipping is not available for island addresses.

Pick up in person in Hamburg

You can pick up your order in Hamburg for free: just select "Pickup" at checkout. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times in the EU

We ship to the following EU countries:

  • Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 6,50 € per order
  • Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Monaco, Poland: 8,50 € per order
  • Free Shipping for orders of 99,00 € or more
  • Delivery time: usually 5–10 business days after receipt of payment

The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order. All prices include sales tax.

Delivery

We ship your order using a shipping carrier we’ve contracted. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email—for insured shipments, this will include a tracking number so you can track your order.

The delivery times listed are approximate and not binding. Should there be any delays, we will notify you immediately.

Payment Methods

You can pay conveniently and securely using the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard – processed via Stripe)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay (via Stripe)
  • Google Pay (via Stripe)

Payments made by credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The payment methods available in each case will be displayed at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel. You can find all the details in our Right of Withdrawal Policy. If you cancel your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
